The industrial air coolers produced by Kangshijie include variable frequency, explosion-proof, and low-temperature types. There are two types of cooling methods: air-cooled and water-cooled. The temperature range is from -60 degrees to+150 degrees. Customized according to user requirements.






Design characteristics of low-temperature industrial air coolers:

1. The system has been optimized and designed, and the equipment has a high energy efficiency ratio;

2. Long range design, compared with similar products, has the characteristics of low energy consumption and long air supply distance;

3. Multiple defrosting methods are available for selection, with short defrosting time and good results;

4. Adopting an electric defrosting type with dual overheating protection, eliminating the risk of temperature rise and fire in the cold storage caused by uncontrolled defrosting;

5. Provide optional micro pressure differential controller to intelligently control the defrosting frequency, achieving "defrosting when there is frost, and defrosting without frost". Compared with the commonly used timed and fixed frequency defrosting, it can reduce the temperature rise caused by defrosting and save energy consumption during defrosting;

6. Provide different shell material options: steel plate spray coating, stainless steel, anti rust aluminum alloy;

7. Adopting anti oxidation gas shielded welding process, the cleanliness inside the system is high;

8. The coil is arranged in a novel way to reduce wind side resistance, reduce contact thermal resistance, and improve heat transfer efficiency;

9. Adopting a dedicated fan motor, it is moisture-proof, resistant to low temperatures, with high air volume, low noise, and stable and reliable operation;

10. The outlet temperature is between -60 ℃ to+150 ℃, and can be selected according to customer requirements.
